This is a start of series of PR migrating first to testcontainers/testcontainers-go#3591, then to release version of testcontainers-go in the future.
It migrates all docker types to moby types and the new version of testcontainers-go.
Since both moby and testcontainers-go have breaking changes, which require e2e verification, this PR should be merged only when all major devenvs are verified.

Upd.: Migrate to v0.42.0 version, testing with other devenvs.
